Overview

This event is a data and analytics program focused on helping informaticist, data scientist, and analyst gain new insights into healthcare data, analytical tools and design, data sources, and how to utilize them to improve patient care and community health. The primary focus this year will be on artificial intelligence and healthcare data and analytics.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for nurses.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity leaners should be able to:

  • Describe how AI is being implemented in healthcare settings. 
  • Explain the pitfalls to watch out for in utilizing AI in healthcare settings. 
  • Discuss how healthcare data and analytics knowledge may be impacted by the use of AI.
