Lucy Semple was born in California but raised in Texas since the age of two, therefore, she considers herself a true Texan! She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University, and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M – Commerce. She also has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and not too far after, she earned her Master’s degree in Health Leadership from Western Governors University. Lucy has been with JPS Health Network for over 10 years – 8 years in Quality and 2 years in Health Information Management (HIM). She is currently the Manager of Clinical Quality where she oversees quality reporting to regulatory agencies such as CMS, TJC, HHSC, etc.

Lucy has been married for 12 years and has 4 boys (ages 10, 9, 4, 1). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, eating, volunteering at her church, and just living life to the fullest! Nothing brings her greater joy than being a boy mom and serving others!
