SaferCare Texas PSO: 2025-27 Confidentiality Training
The SaferCare Texas Patient Safety Organization (PSO) is a new, officially listed PSO with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. As members enter into the participation agreement with the PSO, they may not understand the requirements of Patient Safety Work Product (PSWP) collection, analysis, storage, or disclosure prior to joining the PSO. This could endanger the legal protection or patient confidentiality. This training will be assigned to those joining the PSO and will have all the pertinent information needed to articulate the requirements of PSWP.
