HSCCP: 2025-27 Remarkable First Impression for Rotation Success

This activity is aimed at pharmacy preceptors, providing them with comprehensive guidance to support learners during their practice site rotations. The activity emphasizes orienting students to the practice environment, setting clear expectations for the rotation, and promoting professional growth through continuous feedback. Preceptors provide both informal and formal, constructive feedback to help learners identify areas for improvement. For at-risk students, it includes the development and implementation of tailored performance improvement plans to ensure they meet required competencies and succeed in their rotations.

Successful completion includes completing the activity, its accompanying evaluation and/or posttest (score 70% or higher) and requesting credit online at the conclusion of the activity. 

Credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor, and participants may print a statement of credit or transcript from their NABP e-profile. HSC complies with the Accreditation Standards for Continuing Pharmacy Education.

Pharmacy Technician
