DFWHCF: 2024 How to Influence Executive and Front Line Teams to Support Improvement Efforts
Panel of experts both local and national who drive improvement. Each will have 5-10 minutes to talk and then have Steve Love, President of DFW Hospital Council Foundation moderate and ask questions of the panelists. The goal of this panel discussion is to have executive members discuss strategies that will help front line workers strengthen and present their quality improvement projects and get buy in from executives.

- Formulate two to three actionable strategies for effectively engaging hospital executives in supporting quality improvement initiatives.
