- Dr. Nam Le-Morawa works as the Chief Operations Officer for Professional Services for the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation and has been with organization since 2018
- She has a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, an MBA in Healthcare Systems Management, a Master in Public Health and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
- Nam has over 25 years of clinical physical therapy and leadership experience in a variety of clinical settings including: Tertiary care/trauma centers, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community hospitals and outpatient community clinics.
- She joined SCAHC in 2018 and brings with her a full range of clinical physical therapy expertise in the following areas: Neuro (post- CVA recovery), Pediatrics (neurodevelopmental), post-operative and acute post-operative Cardiovascular care.
Locally in Arizona, she works clinically and worked at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility unit as a Clinical Manager and then Director of Rehabilitation at San Carlos Apache Healthcare in 2018 where she expanded pediatric and specialized rehabilitation therapy service lines. Additionally, she contributed as a Clinical Faculty member at A.T. Still University providing clinical mentorship to neuro-residents in the Physical Therapy program, is a certified clinical instructor, and continues to practice clinically throughout the Phoenix Valley area. and mentors in both her clinical and administrative roles throughout the Phoenix Valley area.
Dr. Le-Morawa has a broad understanding of cultures from traveling, living, working and volunteering abroad. She believes that basic healthcare is a right, and advocates strongly for equal access to high quality care and to close the gap on healthcare inequities. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a Board member of the Arizona Healthcare Executives organization, is the board’s Chair for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and President-Elect for 2025.
Through her work she has contributed to the success of her teams’ recognition and awards in the following:
