Karen Ekwueme, MD affectionately known as Dr. Rose is a double Board-certified Family and Integrative Medicine physician. She is also a medical acupuncturist and a Level 1 Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She is currently the Medical Director at New Season Treatment Center of NW Georgia and a supervising physician for Advanced Practitioners at Peachtree Immediate Care Centers. She is the owner of My Thyme Wellness in Chattanooga, TN providing auricular acupuncture (including NADA, ATP, Battlefield, and 12-point protocols) for individuals and groups. Dr. Rose was one of the principle writers of the IM4US Cultural Misappropriation White Paper and is entering her 3rd year on the Board of Advisors for IM4US.
