Neeta Merchant is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and Holistic Wellness Coach dedicated to helping individuals build healthier, happier, more balanced lives. Based in Irvine, CA, she runs her private practice, Neeta Merchant Wellness, where she integrates evidence-based nutrition with joyful practices like Laughter Yoga and guided meditation to reduce stress, uplift mood, and support overall well-being. As a Laughter Yoga Ambassador in the U.S., Neeta trains and certifies new leaders, spreading the ripple effect of healing laughter into communities nationwide.

Neeta's path into holistic health began after overcoming personal health challenges and leaving a 21-year corporate career. She holds certifications from Bauman College (Holistic Nutrition Consultant), Laughter Yoga International Institute, IEA (Certified Professional Disability Management), Licensed Instructor of  the RESTART Program, and Reiki Healing Levels I & II, and is a proud member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP).

In addition to her private practice, Neeta leads wellness classes for the City of Irvine, teaches Laughter Yoga and meditation across Orange County wellness centers, and facilitates workshops for families, organizations, and community groups. An active Rotarian and longtime HICAP volunteer counselor, she is deeply committed to community service. Her mission: to inspire others to Live a Joyful Life.
