Sin Yu (Amy) Wan is a Registered Dietitian with experience in higher education, clinical practice, and curriculum development, specializing in dietetics simulation and interprofessional education. Her professional interests focus on clinical nutrition, health equity, social determinants of health, and leveraging data-driven and health informatics approaches to strengthen nutrition education. During her academic career, Sin Yu has led design and implementation of ACEND-aligned learning labs and supervised experiential training for dietetics students across clinical and community settings.  Sin Yu committed to student mentorship, innovative teaching strategies, and preparing future Registered Dietitian professionals.
