Dr. Kanwal Ahmed is fourth-year psychiatry resident at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed her medical training at UT Southwestern Medical School in 2022. Her interests include functional and Islamically integrated medicine. She has studied ethics under the tutelage of Shaykh Amin Kholwadia, a prominent Islamic scholar, theologian, and jurist, through the Al-Amin Ethics Institute.
