Scott Conard, MD, DABFP, FAAFM is a highly experienced doctor, physician executive and the co-founder of Converging Health. 

He is a practicing board certified family and integrative medicine clinician and has been a principal investigator in over 60 clinical trials. He founded and scaled TienaHealth, a primary care, bariatric, sleep lab, research, and corporate wellness platform in Irving Texas which sold to Medical Edge where he served as the Chief Medical & Strategy Officer that scaled to 510 clinicians in North Texas. After this was sold to a large regional healthcare system, he became the Chief Medical Officer for Holmes Murphy & ACAP Health (a health benefit innovation lab) until he co-created Converging Health.  He has co-founded or served on the executive committee or board of directors in 12 corporations that have successfully scaled and merged or sold. Dr Conard has also written many articles and published nine books on leadership, health, wellbeing, and empowerment.

 Dr. Conard's expertise in healthcare has been honed through his work with a variety of organizations and companies, including 7-Eleven, Dillard’s, Varsity Brands, Vistra Corp, The National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, the DFW, Maine, Colorado, and New Mexico Business Groups on Health, and numerous medical groups and systems.
