Cinzia Olivanti, MS, MA, is Founder of Lunacor Health Collaborative and Business Administrator at Casiano Psychological Services. Her work focuses on strengthening communication as a system-level component of quality, safety, and equity, with an emphasis on integrating language access within health literacy and care delivery frameworks for multilingual populations.

She has a background in pediatric oncology hospital settings and community-based health education, supporting language access operations, patient engagement, and quality improvement initiatives across clinical and community environments.

She holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Quality Improvement in Healthcare and completed doctoral-level coursework in Spanish Literature and Cultural Studies at the University of Puerto Rico. Her training includes improvement science methodologies, patient safety, workflow redesign, and data-informed decision-making. She is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Her work applies structured improvement approaches, grounded in systems thinking, to address gaps and advance system-level strategies that support reliable communication and verified understanding.
