Lori J. Muhr DNP, MHSM/MHA, APRN-Rx, ACNS-BC, CCRN, CEN, LSS-BBC Lori brings over 35 years of clinical, managerial, and educational experience to this program. She has experience in ED, Critical Care, and Community Health.  She has a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice, a dual Master’s Degree in Health care Management and Administration, she is certified Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist, and is Black Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma performance improvement.   She has helped organizations to achieve Joint Commission Certifications in Sepsis, Delirium, and Patient Blood Management.  She was recruited out of retirement in 2023 to return the Texas Health Fort Worth, as the Sepsis Program coordinator to advance their Sepsis program.  The Sepsis program at THFW, received its Joint Commission certification in 2024.
