For 25 years, I have provided quality care to critically ill patients with diverse and complex conditions as an Intensive Care Nurse, RN Educator, ICU Nurse Practitioner, and Quality professional. I have over nine years of experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist, and hold multiple credentials and certifications, such as CCRN, ENLS, and ATLS that demonstrate proficiency and knowledge in the field of critical care.
In addition to my direct patient care responsibilities, I also serve as the Director of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety for a private organization, overseeing the quality metrics to over 10 contracted Intensive Care Units across the metroplex. I am passionate about patient care, patient safety, and clinical excellence. I value teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the multidisciplinary team. I am always looking for an opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment that aligns with my mission and goals.
