Deborah Caddy, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Supervisor (LCSW-S), State of Texas
Deborah Caddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Supervisor status. She currently serves as Director of the Rape Crisis and Victim Services Program of The Women’s Center of Tarrant County, located in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Caddy’s tenure with The Women’s Center began in 1986 when she designed and implemented a treatment program for sexually abused/assaulted children and adolescents. After providing direct clinical services for three years, Ms. Caddy moved into the Clinical Coordinator position, overseeing the recruiting, training, and overall supervision of the clinical staff. As the Program Director for the last thirty-five years, Ms. Caddy’s position involves program development to meet survivor needs and advocating for the rights of sexual abuse /assault survivors within the medical, clinical, educational, and legal communities.
