AIHM: 2024-26 Osteoarthritis: Integrative Holistic Treatment

This online module aims to enhance knowledge and awareness of evidence-based approaches for managing osteoarthritis. Participants will become familiar with dietary supplements, particularly those with randomized controlled trial (RCT) evidence supporting their efficacy in osteoarthritis treatment, such as glucosamine and chondroitin. Additionally, the material will cover complementary treatment modalities with RCT-supported efficacy and provide an in-depth understanding of the safety profiles of key supplements, including glucosamine and chondroitin, to help inform clinical decision-making and patient care.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.
