Shelley Miller, BSN, RN-BC, CPHQ, CEN currently serves as Administrator/Chief Nursing Officer at

Ascension St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, Indiana. With more than 25 years of experience

in progressive nursing leadership roles specializing in Emergency and Trauma, she has served as a

senior healthcare executive for the past ten years. Currently working on her Master of Business

Administration, Shelley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She

went on to complete Surgical Nurse Internships at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, and

Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Shelley obtained her LEAN Healthcare Yellow Belt Certification

from Purdue University Fort Wayne. She has also earned numerous certifications including the Nursing

Professional Development Board Certification (RN-BC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and Certified

Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Shelley and her family currently reside in Winchester,

Indiana.
