Dr. Jennifer Leiby is a clinical pharmacist at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she also serves as a preceptor to APPE students and PGY-1/PGY-2 residents in the areas of nutrition support, critical care, and integrated clinical pharmacy practice. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2008 and a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2010 from the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy, she went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. This was followed by board certification in both Pharmacotherapy and Nutrition Support. Jennifer implemented the Management and Monitoring of Total Parenteral Nutrition for Adults Nutrition Support Team at her facility and continues to serve as the Pharmacist Champion. Additionally, she has had differing levels of involvement in several professional organizations and associations; including the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN), the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP), the Metroplex Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP), the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of ACCP (2014 membership coordinator), the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the Texas chapter of SCCM.
