Alyssa Manzano holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing her Master of Health Administration (MHA) at UNT Health Science Center. She serves as an Administrative Intern at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital and remains committed to becoming an impactful leader in a patient-centric organization. In her previous roles as a Graduate Assistant, Early Education Teacher, and Orientation leader, she honed her skills in instructional planning, student/faculty communication, and program management. Additionally, her passion for improving healthcare quality and accessibility is showcased through her philanthropic efforts as a hospital volunteer and peer health educator. These experiences, paired with her academic background, have equipped Alyssa to effectively contribute to the development of a continuing education activity that meets the needs of healthcare professionals across the continuum.
