Dr. Gilak received her undergraduate degree from Azad University, her M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of the Western States, and her D.C. from the Southern California University of Health Sciences.  He is past president of the California Chiropractic Association of Orange County. She is a clinical faculty member at Southern California University of Health and Sciences, CA, and a former professor of Biochem Nutrition from 2020 to 2022. She is currently a Functional Medicine selective at Southern California University.  Dr. Gilak honed her skills by working in various multidisciplinary practices, expanding her knowledge. She has been a Chiropractic Examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners to evaluate future chiropractors for clinical care competency.
