Catherine Justice, PT, DPT, C-IAYT, CST, E-RYT, FAIHM
Catherine Justice is an Integrative Physical Therapist, a Certified Yoga Therapist, and Program Manager for Integrative Medicine at Hennepin Healthcare Systems (HHS), a safety-net hospital system based in Minneapolis. At Hennepin she co-authored, manages, and serves as a subject matter expert on several grant funded Integrative Health initiatives including Heals on Wheels/Wellness on Wheels, Project ECHO, Culinary Communities, and Burnout Reduction and Resilience Training. She also serves on the Provider and Employee Wellness Committees and is a member of the LGBTQIA+ Collective. Catherine received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine’s two-year Fellowship program. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and a Certified CranioSacral Therapist with the Upledger Institute. Catherine serves as the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Yoga Therapy, serves on the Scientific Committee for the Symposium on Yoga Therapy, and has conducted research on the therapeutic use of yoga for Parkinson’s Disease, Arthritis, and Lower Back Pain. She is the founder of The Art of Wellness, an organization dedicated to optimizing wellbeing for individuals, organizations, and communities and is a freelance writer and frequent speaker at international conferences. In addition to her work in healthcare, Catherine is also the Co-Artistic Director for Rough Magic Performance Company. Catherine is passionate about increasing access to integrative medicine and enhancing wellbeing for historically unserved populations and everyone in need.
