Patient Safety Organization (PSO) Workforce Certification - Module 6: Confidentiality Training [2026TCPS]
The Certified PSO Workforce (CPSOW) course is a detailed, instructional program for PSO Workforce. This course educates PSO workforce on legal duties and professional responsibilities under the Patient Safety Act as well as how the statutory protections work to protect patient safety work product and healthcare providers. PSO Workforce course graduates can expect to design innovative real-world programs for their members to improve patient safety and the quality of patient care delivery in the current environment healthcare environment. The program consists of 6 study modules and a extensive certification exam. UNT and AQIPS sets the industry-standard for PSO workforce competencies and professional development for a thriving community of PSO Workforce professionals.
