Target Audience
This activity is open to JPS Health Network faculty, staff and contractors, and to anyone interested in the community.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Define public health principles used with prevention strategies;
- Increase their knowledge of community resources available for patients and how to provide a warm handoff; and
- Broaden and strengthen collaborative efforts between JPS Health Care Network and community based organizations
