The target audience includes nurses attending the District 3 meeting.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Explore the nine Enneagram Types and recognize where you fall on the Enneagram spectrum;
- Identify the characteristics (values, strengths, weaknesses, and core motivators) of each Enneagram type and how they interact in the workplace; and
- Describe how to implement this valuable tool within your home institution or program
