AIHM-FIWH 131: Introduction to Integrative Cardiology

Integrative cardiology combines conventional cardiology with complementary and alternative therapies to provide a holistic approach to heart health. This field emphasizes not only the treatment of cardiovascular conditions but also the prevention of disease through lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and mind-body practices. By addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health, integrative cardiology aims to improve patient outcomes and overall well-being.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and social workers.
