AIHM: 2025-27 Whole Health in Your Practice

This session provides practical guidance on integrating Whole Health principles into clinical practice. Participants will explore simple, effective methods and tools to incorporate Whole Health approaches, enhancing patient-centered care. Through self-assessment, they will identify gaps in addressing the Whole Health needs of their patients and develop strategies to bridge these gaps. Additionally, the session will emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, equipping learners with the skills to build and strengthen healthcare teams within their local communities to better serve patients holistically.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists. 

Learning Objectives

Upon the completion of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Identify simple methods and tools to incorporate Whole Health in their practices.
  • Identify gaps they have in addressing the Whole Health needs of their patients. 
  • Develop teams through collaboration with other healthcare providers locally to serve patients.
