AIHM: 2025-27 The Transformation to Whole Health: What does this Actually Mean?

This continuing education activity explores the transformation of health care at a systems level, focusing on the shift toward more holistic and patient-centered approaches. Learners will identify the key drivers influencing these systemic changes and gain an in-depth understanding of the distinctions between Whole Health and Integrative Health and/or Medicine. They will also define the critical elements that form the foundation of a Whole Health System of care, emphasizing its innovative framework. Additionally, learners will examine real-world demonstrations of this approach, supported by relevant research and outcome data, highlighting its impact on health care delivery and patient outcomes.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.
