AIHM: 2025-27 Stepping into Whole Health: A Personal Health Reflection

This continuing education module invites participants to engage in a reflective and transformative process focused on personal meaning, aspirations, and purpose in life. Through guided exploration, participants will examine how their core values and life purpose can influence their health and well-being. They will identify an area of health they wish to enhance that aligns with their deeper sense of meaning and aspirations. Finally, participants will create a personalized goal and actionable steps to support meaningful progress in this area, fostering both personal growth and improved health outcomes. This session emphasizes the integration of self-awareness and intentional action in achieving holistic well-being.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists. 

Learning Objectives

Upon the completion of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Explore their own meaning, aspirations and purpose in life. 
  • Identify an area of health they would like enhance, that furthers their meaning, aspirations and purpose in life. 
  • Create a goal and action steps related to the area of health they have identified.
