ForwardAIHM: 2025-27 Bringing Whole Health to Life Across Systems
This activity explores the Whole Health approach to managing chronic pain, emphasizing patient-centered, integrative strategies that address the root causes of pain and promote overall well-being. Participants will also examine the evolving role of Whole Health within healthcare systems, discussing its potential to transform care delivery and improve patient outcomes. Through this discussion, learners will gain insights into the future of Whole Health and its integration into mainstream medical practice.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists.
