Overview
Our program is designed to enhance knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for real-world connections and partnerships – for leaders, employees and clinicians. Combining an intensive and individualized approach using proven techniques, we help organizations and teams hardwire excellence. Our program is built on the foundation of Learn - Try - Share and uses interactive learning and one-on-one meetings/observations to enhance the art of the human care experience. This approach combines the art and science of leadership and human connection and develops teams able to move your organization successfully into the future.
Series Objectives
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Connect with patients and the care team in a more effective manner so that quality care is improve.
- Explain how effective communication builds trust, reduces anxiety and increases clinical outcomes.
- Describe the connection between practicing compassionate and how that improves the care experience for patients and the care provider.
