Laela M. Estus is an accomplished public servant, leader, and community advocate with nearly two decades of experience with the State of Texas. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for servant leadership, collaboration, relationship building, and a commitment to improving the systems and services that impact Texans.

A lifelong learner, Laela earned her Master of Business Administration from Huston-Tillotson University in 2024 after graduating summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2022. She also holds an Associate of Arts from Austin Community College.
