Natale Rossi, BSN, RN, CA-SANE, SANE-A, is a co-founder and Forensic Nurse with Central Texas Forensic Care in Austin, Texas. With nearly nine years of experience as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, she has provided trauma-informed medical and forensic care to more than 500 survivors of sexual assault and other forms of violence. Natale previously served as Forensic Nurse Manager at The SAFE Alliance, where she supported forensic nursing operations, including staff recruitment, training, certification, and clinical program development. She has contributed to the development of SANE certification curriculum, clinical simulation training, clinical protocols, and continuing education compliance systems. She collaborates closely with healthcare providers, law enforcement, and advocacy organizations to coordinate comprehensive post-assault services. Additionally, she provides professional education and expert testimony in cases involving sexual assault and non-fatal strangulation.
