Dr. Jordan Kemere is an assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine where she provides primary care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a comprehensive, patient centered medical home. She is also passionate about educating the next generation of healthcare providers to provide high quality healthcare to this population. She is the program director of the first Adult Developmental Medicine Fellowship and hosts a variety of learners in the Baylor Transition Medicine Clinic.  She has developed and implemented a peer mentoring curriculum for adults with IDD to navigate transition and facilitate peer mentorship between caregivers of individuals with IDD and has been the recipient of multiple grants on education of healthcare providers.
