Bobbie Bratton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 25 years of nursing experience and 20+ years of advanced practice. She has a diverse clinical background including family practice, occupational health, student health, acute care, surgery/peri-op, and ambulatory clinic management. Bobbie is an assistant professor with the HSC College of Nursing and a Texas state certified Community Health Worker Instructor (CHWI). She is also a clinical executive with Safercare Texas, home of HSC’s patient safety organization and community outreach initiatives for safety and quality in healthcare. Bobbie’s current clinical practice is in the HSC Center for Older Adults partnering with patients to create care plans that prioritize what matters most to the patient within a whole-health, whole-person model of care.
