Tracy Cook-Pizzi is a seasoned nurse and case management leader with over 35 years of clinical and administrative experience. An LVN (1988), ADN/RN (1991), CCM (1998) and MSN (2013), she has led case management across rehab, ICU, home health, workers’ compensation, Medicare disease management, utilization review and ACO integration. A past DFW CMSA president and longtime board member, she earned the AOSE Award in 2011 and has advocated on Capitol Hill for healthcare policy. She continues to present, consult, and advance case management.
