Jacob Seil has been working for NCTTRAC since 2016 and has been involved in multiple initiatives to improve the emergency healthcare system across the North Texas region.  Jacob led the regional hospital data aggregation and analysis efforts during the COVID pandemic and is overseeing the regional implementation of the Pulsara platform.  He has been in his current role as the Director of Information & Support Services for 2 years and currently oversees all of NCTTRAC’s information technology and data and informatics projects.  Jacob is passionate about working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive regional system performance improvement.  He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.
