Stough Myrna is a seasoned Program Administrator with nearly two decades of experience in graduate medical education, human resources, and volunteer program management. Since 2016, she has led the operational and financial administration of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at HCA Medical City Healthcare, overseeing 46 residents and coordinating monthly rotations for over 30 medical students. Under her leadership, the program has maintained a flawless accreditation record with no citations for nine consecutive years and recently expanded to accommodate 15 additional residents.

Stough plays a pivotal role in long-range planning, recruitment, compliance, and internal relations, serving as a liaison between hospital leadership, faculty, and trainees. She manages program budgets, payroll, and reporting systems, and ensures compliance for international medical graduates through J1-TPL oversight. Her expertise spans a wide array of GME service applications and governing bodies.

Prior to her current role, Stough served as a Medical Student Coordinator, facilitating clinical rotations and orientation programs, and as an HR Coordinator supporting over 1,000 employees. She also directed the hospital’s volunteer program, where she implemented innovative onboarding strategies that led to long-term employment for many volunteers.

Stough holds certifications in Executive Assistance, HR Coordination, and Program Administration, and completed the NSAMA Executive Program Administrator course. Her career reflects a deep commitment to excellence, collaboration, and the advancement of medical education.
