As the current Director for Educational Development for the Long School of Medicine in San Antonio,Texas, I collaborate in the development, implementation and growth of existing and new initiatives in curriculum design. Alongside with faculty I continuously seek innovation opportunities and pathways in academic medicine. I also oversee the educational development tea, who is dedicated to providing educational collaboration and excellence in medical education. 

In my prior settings, I served in GME leadership roles in the North Texas Region under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Nash in the Office of Educational Programs.
