Sreela Namboodiri MD ABOIM (she/her) is an integrative family medicine physician and Clinical Director of Integrative Medicine and Collaborative Care at Tapestry 360 Health Centers, a FQHC in north Chicago. She practices integrative primary care and group medical visits, and together with her colleagues, she works to bring diverse healing modalities to patients and staff via innovative models of care. She loves being in community rooted in shared purpose and collaborating with others to create emergent possibilities.
