Amanda Montgomery (she/they) is the Director of Wellness at Tapestry 360 Health (T360H). In her role, Amanda partners with medical providers and community stakeholders to expand innovative and accessible health education options for patients and community members. She manages and facilitates group medical visits and community health workshops, advises T360H’s health educators, leads wellness-focused strategic planning, and has spearheaded the development of T360H’s LGBTQ+ and Size Inclusive programming. Amanda received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. She completed her master's in public health at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2022. Amanda was born and raised in Chicago, IL and enjoys eating food, outdoor activities, and playing with her two cats.
