Yasaman (Yasi) Ayat, DACM, L.Ac.

Yasi Ayat is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine specializing in integrative healthcare.
She received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from The Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She attended Dartmouth College for her undergraduate education where she completed her BA in Studio Art.
She has worked in various settings providing care for underserved communities including low-cost and free community acupuncture clinics in California and Virginia, Petaluma Health Center (a non-profit FQHC) and The Botanical Bus (a bilingual mobile clinic providing culturally centered care for Latine and Indigenous communities). She is currently working on partnering with NGOs in the Middle East to bring integrative healthcare to remote areas.
Dr. Ayat believes that integrative medical care delivers the most optimal results for patients and that all communities deserve access to this type of patient-centered care. She has personal history working with traditional medicine from her native home in the Middle East and brings this healing lineage to her practice.
