Belinda Hampton, Master in Business Administration, Certified Community Health Worker and Instructor

About the Presenter: Belinda Gonzalez Hampton is Community Engagement advocate with over 25 years of experience in engaging youth, seniors, and community health leaders with teaching, training, serving on boards and committees all while promoting health equity and sound community health strategies for vulnerable populations in our communities. Ms. Hampton especially writes and conducts training on working with our Limited English Proficient populations in our health care settings. She is a retiree from Tarrant County Public Health, where she worked as the Community Engagement Specialist.
Belinda currently volunteers her time as the Community Health Worker for education for Cornerstone Assistance Network Medical Clinic. Cornerstone Assistance Network is a non-profit organization that works with the underinsured and low-income populations in Tarrant County. She holds an MBA in organizational training and is a certified Community Health Worker and Instructor by the State of Texas. She is a member of the Community Health Worker Advisory Committee for the State of Texas.
