Tracy Orwig, LCSW, FNAP is an Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) School of Social Work.  She was recently inducted in the National Academies of Practice as a Distinguished Fellow in the Social Work Academy.   Tracy’s practice experience includes working in a pediatric emergency room, adult emergency room, inpatient health social work, transplant social work, rehabilitation case management and pediatric mental health.  Tracy leads the Interprofessional Education (IPE) activities at the School of Social Work.    She has developed and coordinated IPE activities with programs at UTA and other universities in the DFW area.
