Jo Tilley, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC

Jo has been a nurse for 27 years and a pediatric nurse practitioner for 18 years. Committed to meeting the health care needs of children in the Fort Worth community, she has served as a school nurse, a pediatrician’s nurse and later became a primary care nurse practitioner in a school-based health clinic, serving for almost a decade. After completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2011 at Texas Christian University, she transitioned to pediatric neurology and hematology in the Cook Children’s Stroke and Thrombosis Program. Most recently Jo, has taken a step back from caring for patients and started in an administration role at Cook Children's Physician’s Network to provide leadership to her NP and PA colleagues. This allows her to continue to build strong relationships and care for others, while assisting her peers in the pursuit of their own professional development committed to the Cook Children’s Promise: Knowing every child’s life is sacred, we promise to improve the well-being of every child in our care and communities.
