Meredith Howard is Associate Professor and Chair of Pharmacotherapy at the University of North Texas System College of Pharmacy and an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. She received her PharmD from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and completed a 24-month Pharmacotherapy Residency at Butler University College of Pharmacy and Indiana University Health. Dr. Howard has been a faculty member at HSC since 2015 where she teaches in clinical and skills-based courses, coordinates and delivers preceptor development, and precepts students and residents on experiential rotations.
