Dany Hanna, DO

Dany Hanna earned his bachelors in Business Administration from Worcester State University, a Masters of Biomedical Science from UMDNJ, and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine where he served as class president for 4 years. He then completed in internship in General Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital, a residency in Urology with Main Line Health Systems in Philadelphia, PA, as well as a fellowship in Gender Affirming Surgery. Dr Hanna went on to complete additional training in gender affirming surgery in both Serbia and Germany. Dr Hanna opened the Hanna Gender Center in Frisco, and exclusively operates on transgender and non-binary patients. He performs vaginoplasty, nullification, metoidioplasty, top surgery and breast augmentation.
Beyond his medical commitments, Dr. Hanna embraced a parallel vocation of service. In 2005, he enlisted in the Army National Guard, assuming the role of an enlisted infantryman after attending basic training and Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia. His career progression continued as he ascended to an officer's rank, marked by his attendance at the US Army Officer Intelligence School in Fort Huachuca, AZ, later serving as a tactical intelligence officer within the 223rd Military Intelligence Company. In his current role, Dr Hanna is the Battalion Surgeon for the 3/144th Infantry.
