I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine & Geriatrics at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. I am committed to making a difference in the care of older adults. Additionally, I do a broad range of applied consulting projects, utilizing my background in organizational psychology and experience with evaluation and process improvement. I have over 15 years of research experience in various scientific and applied projects in the areas of organizational psychology, process improvement, measurement and evaluation, and most recently geriatric care. I am a course director for the Geriatrics Practice Leadership Institute, which is part of the WE HAIL program.
