Ms. Young is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Masters of Science in Gerontology. She has worked with older adults and their caregivers since 1994 in a variety of roles including licensed nursing facility administrator, home care agency administrat0r and executive director of two retirement communities. She has been with the Alzheimer's Association for 18 years and serves caregivers, health care professionals and individuals living with dementia through education, support groups and consultations.
