  • Identify and appreciate the prevalence of trochlear dysplasia in patients with recurrent patellar instability;
  • Examine current indications for trochleoplasty to treat patients with recurrent patellar instability;
  • Interpret the controversy regarding the tibial tubercle to trochlear groove (TT-TG) measurement; and
  • Analyze the different radiographic findings/measurements that influence the TT-TG measurement and what that may mean for surgical indications regarding a tibial tubercle osteotomy
