Overview

Orthopaedic experts are invited in from outside of Fort Worth to discuss areas where the knowledge base is evolving so that Orthopaedic surgeons will stay current on diagnosis, treatment and surgical procedures. This increase in knowledge improves the quality of care, how patients are treated, and patient outcomes. Physicians are surveyed annually to determine areas where there is a perceived gap in knowledge and performance.

Series Objectives

Upon completion of this activity leaners should be able to:

  • Discuss new approaches in orthopaedic surgery; and
  • Apply new strategies to presented patient cases
